Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt but please take into account on busy periods it can take 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) or Bank holidays and will be shipped the next working day.

At peak periods some shipping carriers will experience delays in parcel handling, we send everything on a tracked basis to ensure you have visability of your order

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Pre Orders

Preorders will be shipped according to the date shown on the product page.  Should there be delays in the manufacturer deliveries or changes to scheduled launch dates you will be notified via email.

 

Shipping Confirmations

On dispatch you will be notified of the shipment dispatch and provided with tracking numbers and carrier details

 

International Orders

For international orders any applicable duty/taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.  We are unable to advise on the cost of imports and recommend checkign your countries guidleines prior to purchase.
